This Refund & Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for donations, event fees, and any products or services offered through whecmi.org.

1. Donations (Non-Refundable)

As a humanitarian charity, all donations received by whecmi.org are immediately allocated to emergency relief, community programs, and operational activities.
Therefore, all donations are considered final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • General donations
  • Recurring monthly contributions
  • Campaign-based contributions
  • Emergency relief donations
  • Event or fundraiser contributions

We encourage donors to verify their information before completing a transaction.

2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to a system or technical error

  • An incorrect amount was charged

  • A transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent

  • A demonstrable technical glitch leading to an unintended payment

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Physical or Digital Products (If Applicable)

If WHECMI offers merchandise, educational resources, or digital materials, the following terms apply:

Physical Goods

Refunds or replacements are available only for items that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Supporting evidence (photo/video) may be required.

Digital Goods

All digital products—including PDFs, e-books, downloadable resources, and digital guides—are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

4. Event Registrations & Programs

Registration fees for WHECMI events, workshops, or training sessions are:

  • Non-refundable once registration is confirmed

  • Transferable to another participant or a future event, subject to approval

If WHECMI cancels an event, participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A complimentary transfer to the rescheduled date

5. Incorrect Transactions

If an error occurred during payment (wrong amount, wrong campaign, wrong frequency), contact us within 48 hours for review.
We may correct or adjust the transaction at our discretion.
